If you uploaded your file as a guest (without signing up), it’s only stored for four hours before being automatically deleted.
For registered users, files are saved for 7 days. After that, they’re permanently deleted from our system.
You can check your account history for recent files. If your file is no longer available, feel free to contact support - we can offer a credit refund so you can re-upload and process it again.
