Explains how to report and cancel stalled file processing for a refund.

If your file processing gets stuck, you can report it directly from the upload window. Just click the **“Report issue”** button next to the stalled file.

This sends the task details to our technical team, who will investigate, cancel it for you, and refund the credit.
