This chart shows how many disruptions per minute you make in your speech.
In simple terms, how many filler words, breath sounds, long pauses, stutters, or mouth sounds do you spill off in a minute? It gives you an average. And have I improved it over time or not?
Here, each colored line represents a disruption, like deadair or filler sound. You can see the average disruptions day-wise and compare your improvement over time.
P.S. This gives you a chance to reflect on your podcasting approach.
