What is Credit in my Cleanvoice Account?

Credit represents the number of hours you have paid for editing your files.

E.g. 5 hours-credit means you can process a total of 5 hours of audio and videos.

How Do You Calculate My Account Credits? How Are They Deducted?

We bill your credits based on the duration of your submitted audio or video file.

The minimum processing time for billing is 1 minute.

We round your credits upward (in minutes).

Simply put, if you process an audio of 10 minutes 30 seconds, we will round it up to 11 minutes.

How Do I Buy My Credits?

Step-1: Login to your Cleanvoice account and click the “Balance” tab beside your profile.

Step-2: Click on “Buy Credits”. You will be redirected to the Billing Page for more details on each plan.

Before buying your plan, we advise you to visit the pricing page once and compare all plans.

Where Do I Track My Current Credits?

Do I Need to Pay Extra for Batch Uploading or Multitrack Editing?

Currently, you don’t have to pay anything extra for batch uploading or multitrack editing.

However, in the future, this may change. But relax, we will notify you about any such change beforehand. 🧘‍♂️

I Have Purchased a Plan. Now, Where Do I See My Credit Details?

• For a quick overview, login to your account and see beside your profile icon. You can see basic details under the “Balance” tab.

• For a more detailed view, head to the Settings tab. You can note the type of credits, remaining credits, and total credit balance.
