Why Can't I Find My Files on Cleanvoice?

Cleanvoice stores your files for only seven days after the upload. After this period, your files (both original and edited) are automatically deleted from our servers.

This ensures data security.

Future Changes

We are considering extending the retention period to 14 or 21 days.

However, we do not intend for a long-term storage solution.

Recovery of Deleted Files

Once files are deleted after seven days, they cannot be recovered as they are permanently removed from our servers.

What to Do if I Can't Find My Files?

If you can't find your files, please contact us. We will refund the credit so you can re-upload your file again.
