# Why can't I see my files anymore?

Where have they disapperad and what to do next?

# Why Can't I Find My Files on Cleanvoice?

Cleanvoice stores your files for only **seven days after the upload**. After this period, your files (both original and edited) are automatically deleted from our servers.

## Future Changes

We are considering extending the retention period to **14 or 21 days**.

However, we do not intend for a long-term storage solution.

## Recovery of Deleted Files

Once files are deleted after seven days, they cannot be recovered as they are permanently removed from our servers.

## What to Do if I Can't Find My Files?

If you can't find your files, please **contact us**. We will **refund the credit** so you can re-upload your file again.
